By signing up and actively using the
Fairy Tale Treasures program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
Fairy Tale Treasures
may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this
agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members.
Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an
email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up
with
Fairy Tale Treasures. If
any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to
terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued
participation in the Fairy Tale Treasure program following our posting
of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will
constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Relationship of the Parties
|
You and
Fairy Tale Treasures
are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any
partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or
employment relationship between you and
Fairy Tale Treasures. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of
Fairy Tale Treasures.
You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that
would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible
for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using
the
Fairy Tale Treasures
program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no
part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and
promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This
includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or
any other information we consider as copyrighted material.
Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or
offline by any means or method is prohibited.

Fairy Tale Treasures
will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or
any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential
damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or
Fairy Tale Treasures program, even if
Fairy Tale Treasures has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore,
Fairy Tale Treasures
aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the
amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the
Agreement. Furthermore, if we do not receive payments from the
advertiser we cannot pay you for those offers. All payments are
contingent upon us receiving the payment from the advertisers.

You
may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e.
SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass
communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination
of your membership with
Fairy Tale Treasures and may result in legal prosecution.
Fairy Tale Treasures
strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any
member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated
immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall
also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any
authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming
incident.
Fairy Tale Treasures may
charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds
for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple
times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. F
airy Tale Treasures will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

we strive to develop innovative services to better serve our users. We
recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate
our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy
Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you
use
Fairy Tale Treasure's services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it.

following principles apply to the personally identifying information we
ask for and that you provide. "Personally identifying information" is
information that individually identifies you, such as your name,

we suspect fraudulent activity we will request reasonable
identification to prove you are who you say you are. Proof of identity
will normal include a current utility bill in your name and a telephone
number in which we can verify your information.

Fairy Tale Treasures

includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, the date and
time of your access and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify
your browser. We use this information to operate, develop and improve
our services.

Some of our services require you to register for an account.
Fairy Tale Treasures
asks you for some personal information in order to create an account
(typically your name, email address, paypal account and a password for
your account) and we will use that information to provide the service.
For certain services, such as our advertising programs, we may request
credit card or other payment information, which we maintain in
encrypted form on our server.

Upon your first visit to
Fairy Tale Treasures,
a cookie is sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your
browser. A "cookie" is a small file containing a string of characters
that is sent to your computer when you visit a website.

We use cookies to improve the quality of our service and to better understand how people interact with us.
